Yes, reservations are required for all our tours. We suggest that you make a reservation by email or WhatsApp; customers can also sign up directly at our office but their booking will be subject to availability of the Segway Ninebot and to existing time slots.
All our tours depart from our office in Via Mirasole 5/a in Bologna. This is about 10 minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore.
You should pay before starting your Segway Ninebot tour. We accept cash, and all major credit and debit cards.
For the safety of our customers, all participants must be at least 16 years old. The Segway Ninebot is not safe for people who weigh less than 40 kg (90 lbs) or are over 110kg (240 lbs). There are no height restrictions.
For safety reasons, children of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the tour. However, our staff will always be ready to help while driving the Segway Ninebot.
For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to take part in our tour.
The tour starts promptly at the scheduled times, so please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in the required forms.
The radio-guided tours are currently in Italian, English, Spanish, French and Russian.
Your safety is always our top priority; we start each tour with a detailed training session with the Segway Ninebot before heading out to enjoy the city! Each driver will start with a 30-minute orientation session at our office and we will continue practicing with the Segway Ninebot until everyone feels comfortable with it.
Unfortunately you cannot enter museums and other points of interest (such as churches or buildings) with your Segway Ninebot.
Of course we expect you to, and our guides are also available to take pictures of you and your party.
For safety reasons, unaccompanied customers cannot use our Segways Ninebot.
The Segways Ninebot work well even in the rain, and we will provide you with waterproof ponchos for free. The tour will be postponed in case of very heavy rain.
The use of the helmet is absolutely necessary for health and safety reasons.
